It swings 14 times because that is how long Ron's mother took to find out his ded body, she took 14 days. Also notice that the pattern and colour of the gift box in which Ron (the kid) found the doll,was identical to the colour and pattern of Ron's coffin in the end.This game was created by a vietnamese creator and sadly, it is based on true facts which is actually very disturbing.

[This game is from Vietnam where a legend exists, the legend says that a persons spirit/ ghost is visible at *night* for upto 14 days after their death. Only at night though, not during the day ]
1:40 So basically the night on Ron's birthday, his mother arrives late. (The begining of the game) And then the father tells Ron to go to hid room and sleep.
20:42 While Ron goes to sleep the parents have an argument and then the father slaps mother. The mother decides that she wants a divorce and she tells the father to leave the house by the next day. And then the mother shams the door and storms away in anger. After that Ron's father drinks and then out of anger he goes to Ron's bedroom where he is sleep and 🔪 his own child in a drunken haze. He then puts the body in the closet and runs away to hide in a cheap motel room.
Meanwhile the next day, mom comes back to the house late at night after work and finds that the father is missing. She thinks that the father actually listened to her and finally left.
Since it's night, She doesn't realise that's her son is dead because she can see the ghost (according to the Vietnam legend). So basically after Ron's death 14 days pass by and the mother doesn't even notice that her son is dead because she sees him (his ghost) every night.
It is only after fourteen days that the mother actually comes home during the *day*. Since it's daytime she cannot see the ghost. She cannot find her son anywhere and do she searches the entire house and finds the dead body in the closet. She only realised her son is dead after 14 days since he was killed.
Meanwhile Ron's POV :-
After Ron is killed by his father, his subconscious and memories materialse in the form of a doll. As the doll says, Ron doesn't want to accept that his own father did that to him, that's why he forces himself to forget the traumatising memories and these memories take a physical form, the doll.
Ron doesn't know that he's already dead and is now a ghost. But the doll knows everything and guides Ron's spirit to do as it says. 24:18 and 19:21 It makes Ron haunt the father for his actions, makes him give the father's adress to the mother, so that Ron can finally find out and accept that he's dead and his spirit becomes free.
27:00 The ending scene shows a bunch of kids who shared the same fate. It shows how their bodies were disposed after they were killed by their parents. One was buried in a grave, one was burnt, one was put into a trunk, and in the end Ron joins the group, his body was put in a closet so that's why he's sitting in a closet in this scene.

Here Ron's mom is talking about medicine because she thinks Ron is having hallucinations about the entire red face thing. She often finds her son in the closet looking for his dad who was supposedly taken by red face. She thinks that' Ron is having trauma because they divorced and the dad left. What doesn't know is that her son is already dead and the child in the closets trying to save his dad is Ron's spirit.
The door at the beginning opens and closes 14 times because Ron's body was in the closet for 14 days.

In the intro, the door moves 14 times representing how many days it took to find Ron.
Ron's mother turned her head { when we found out that the doll and Mr Red Face were not real} representing the neck of Ron when his mother found him dead.
The kids Ron met while going to rescue his dad, u should have noticed the kids were sitting in things like a car trunk, etc
The first kid was sitting in a hole representing that the kid's mother or father buried her/him alive
The second kid was sitting in a fire representing that his mother or father burned him alive
The 3rd kid was sitting in a car trunk representing that his mother or father hid him in a car trunk after k*lling him

Basically the slap event was after the main character slept after the parents fight the mom went out during midnight and went to some kind of motel "It's clear when mom says I am not sure it's mine", while mom was not at home the father drank lot of alcohol and he made a decision to kill his son because he have anger issue and can't control his anger he killed his son and he put the dead body in closet and run to cheap motel after mom came during day she remember she left her son with the father and sprint to the son's room to find if he is alive but while she reached it was to late she finds his son's dead body in closet and that spell Mythpat find was actually the motel card where the father stay after he ran from the house after the son's killing event and last scene was her son coffin and crying was his mother and you are watching with the pov of the main character spirit.

you know what is more scary? many children go throw something like this everyday.. and the fact that this game is based on similar events irl(except for the paranormal part).. it gives me chills.. Many events I've heard on news.. where the parents brutally abused or murdered their childen just because they were being....children.. For those who dont know:
The story of Ron. Ron’s mother is neglectful as she spends every day at work, coming home around midnight. As Mom is the only parent bringing in the money, Dad stays home drinking all day and takes his frustrations out on Ron. At the beginning of the game, it is heavily implied that Dad thinks Mom is having an affair. Ron misses out on the rest of this conversation as Mom tricks him to go back to his room and sleep so that “Mr. Redface” can leave him a birthday present.
Awakened by a clap of lightning. Mr. Redface appears at night to give Ron a gift. A doll appears, with the same name and features as Ron. Weirdly, the Ron doll has a bent neck and can “feel” everything Ron feels.
The game consists of two main events. First, the dad is taken by Redface (referred to as “Master” by Ron doll), and then the mom gets taken. Both events lead Ron into the closet, which acts as a portal to another world. Ron first attempts to rescue his father, who’s trapped in prison, shaking and begging for something to “stop punishing” him. His mother is seen crying at a table, where the doll gets Ron to throw a spell to defeat Mr. Redface.
We learn that Ron needs medication for his hallucinations. (Ron forgot to TaKe his medicine after the food so thats how this everything happened.) Mom is concerned for his health, pointing out his lack of eating and saying that while his made-up stories keep changing, the doll always remains part of the story. Redface is defeated, and the morbid truth behind the “Master” is revealed.
Mr. Redface is confirmed to be Ron’s father. His repeated drinking gives Dad the “red face,” manifesting as Mr. Redface. His created stories are an attempt to cure his relationship with his father, who physically abuses him.
That creepy scene of Mr. Redface darting around the room like a stop-motion film of Nosferatu actually has a much darker meaning. Truth is, Ron was murdered by his father on the first night (when the game began).
Ron never made it past his birthday. His “gift” from Redface was actually his death, where Dad came into his room at night and murdered him in a drunken rage after Mom told him they were getting a divorce. What we first see of Redface going into the closet was Ron’s dad dumping his now lifeless body inside. The bent neck of the Ron doll is the physical manifestation of Ron’s cause of death.
The next day, Mom finds his body inside the closet and falls to her knees, sobbing. She’s seen speaking to the police, and an anonymous tip is dropped off. This tip tells the police that the Dad is hiding inside a motel, haunted by Ron as he sees his dead son every night, asking him to come home. These scenes correspond to the events of Dad and Mom’s disappearance. Ron’s hallucinations weren’t fake at all. The portals and other worlds we see act as a limbo for the lost children. Ron, alongside the other (seemingly) murdered children, can peer into their real world to “find their parents.” Using these portals to his advantage, the “doll” version of Ron (called the “knowing” part) haunts his father to learn of his whereabouts and tells the police with the spell to defeat Redface. Dad is arrested, and justice is served through Ron’s haunting.
The final scene shows each child and what we presume to be the spot where they died rather than their final resting place. Ron is inside the closet, the girl is inside a grave (presumably buried alive), a red-haired boy sits on a campfire (died in a fire), and the last boy is inside the trunk of a car (kidnapped). Based on Ron’s death and the position we find these children in, we can only assume that they were murdered, too.

Lemme just explain the lore. Firstly, the door that was closing and opening 14 times symbolised the days it took for Ron's mom to find him. It also symbolises the days when Ron's dad was getting haunted by him. So, Ron's mother wanted a divorce but the dad was angry. When the doll drank from the bottle in a violent and angered manner, it shows how Ron's dad used to drink because Rons mom wanted a divorce. The split second of Mr red face was Ron's dad. The plate of food was never ending because Ron never ate and because he was dead. The dolls head is loose because that's how Ron died, broke his neck and caused death. When the doll said that the dad was far away, its because Ron's dad ran away to a cheap motel to hide from the cops as he killed his own son. The shortcut was the closet because Ron's dad heard noises from his closet as well. The dead girl in the closet showed the position ron was in when he died. The three children at Mr red faces lair had also died because of their trauma and their parents actions. The first child, got stuffed into a trunk. The second child, got thrown into a fire. Idk about the third one tho. The father says please stop punishing me because he feels immense guilt and is being haunted by his own son. Rons mom's neck bends in that way because of Ron's death. The gift box in which Ron finds the doll is similar to Ron's coffin in the end. The reason the doll was levitating at one point is because that was the grip that Bruce was putting on his to kill him. Basically to choke him. The spell to defeat Mr red face, is actually the business card of the cheap motel where Bruce was hiding. When the doll was beaten up, it showed how Ron looked when his dad used to hit him. The mom was crying at the table because after the 14 days, she found Ron's body.
Conclusion: Bruce murdered Ron in a fit of rage and anger because his wife wanted a divorce. This game is also a story of a neverending cycle of experiencing something over and over again. Ron doesnt believe he is dead. Ron doesnt believe that bruce killed him Ron thought that his dad loved him, but he didn't. This story is a traumatizing,tragic (and I'm sorry to tell you) true story. For all those who are out there, sharing a similar loss like Ron, remember, you are not alone.❤❤

Most people dont realise but when Ron finally defeats Mr. Redface and brings both dad and mom back home, then what happens is what actually happened in starting when Ron's Dad sent him to his room on his birthday. They first had a heated argument, and then the dad was drunk, and then he comes in our room when Mr. Redface entered our room. He first killed us, and then hid us in closet, similar to what Redface does that night, after which Ron wakes up to this doll, which is actually the part of Rom which knows that he is dead. His other part is trying to escape reality while his "knowing" part is trying to convince him that he is dead.
His mother also notices late because as we saw that when Ron mentioned her mother still sees her, doll said that is because she is only home at late night when souls are visible, so she believes that Ron is not dead and he is just having a mental problem (for which the medicines were), until when she took a day off and since in daytime souls are not visible, she found out the truth.
When we go the father to save him from Mr. Redface, it is actually the same scene as when we are hunting his father in motel room. That is why his father keeps going *dont punish me* to Ron's soul.
At last, the kids shown have been killed or their bodies are put in thise places where they are seen; one kid in grave, one on fire, one in trunk of car and Ron in closet. Here the game ends.
Edit: So there is also one thing that when we first appear in the closet when our mom finds us in the closet at midnight, she says that Ron always tells her different stories daily with the doll as a common factor. It is actually related to that scene when doll tells Ron that Ron always makes up things to get away from tutj that he is dead and that he statts daily from that night when he was killed by his father, making different stories.
