| @jarko2227 This is a little late response but someone needs to address the ignorance in statements like this. Itβs not always a reading comprehension issue. Telling someone basically to become smarter is the most unhelpful and insensitive mindset. I prefer dubs when available because my brain can understand whatβs going on in the plot much faster than having to read whatβs going on at a fast pace, but needing time to process the words all while missing some visuals because my eyes are at the bottom of the screen reading instead of seeing the animation. Not everyoneβs brains work at the same magnitude. In fact, I have a bit of a learning disability and autism, yet am highly intelligent. It has nothing to do with my ability to read, it has to do with brain processing. Itβs nothing to bully people about. Dubs solely make my enjoyment of anime better and easier. Dubs donβt hurt you, so why are you so affected by those of us who prefer it? |
