The thing I like about Varien is that he doesn't care completely about popularity but about making good music. He is the most musically competent monstercat artist because he uses all kinds of different genres and sounds to create his music not just classic dubstep or electro sounds.
Varien makes some of the most poetic, epic releases

I like it when you can just hear that one sub-bass that shouldn't even be audible, and you can only barely hear it, but you can see the waveform jumping anyway :p Varien is awesome!
seriously varien's music is just... just amazing there isn't a single artist that can make such melody's how the fuu does he do that.

If there was music genre called Epic, this would be in it. Not because its an epic song, but because it sounds like something that would be played in a movie whilst getting ready for war. And also because ive been listening to electronic music for about 3 years now and this is the first song my mom has EVER liked... i was like holy shit i didnt think i would ever hear that come out of your mouth. Well done Varien!

I'll admit I'm not really a dubstep person, there something I feel really... uneasy about the sound... don't know, don't really understand it, probably can't appreciate it properly... but this song really has a great melody, dubstep parts notwithstanding.
